Personal hygiene, periods and how to feel good

From puberty onwards, you’ll probably think more about how often to wash and what products to use – and not just because of periods.
For one thing, you’ll sweat in places you didn’t before. This sweat can smell stronger, especially in areas like your groin and underarms. Whatever the time of month, feeling clean helps with confidence, so you’ll want to find a personal hygiene routine that’s right for you.
